  • Most people don’t realise that creativity and curiosity are addictive. Simon Banks definitely does. Hooked for life, he’s a creativity, innovation and design nerd-in-chief, international keynote speaker, author, co-host of the hit podcast The Occupational Philosophers and a happily recovering professional artist.

  • Lynette does her best work with organisations that actually care, especially those driven by purpose, not PR. She’s relentless about solving the right problem, not the loudest or most convenient one. With a design mindset and a healthy disrespect for surface‑level fixes, she helps leaders navigate the messy future of work - leadership, employee experience, learning, development, and change - with clarity, curiosity, and a bit of courage.
